Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These terms govern the DeenDoor website, iPhone app, and Telegram bot. By creating an account or using the bot you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The product
DeenDoor provides access to Quran text and audio, hadith collections, prayer-time tools, and an AI assistant intended to answer questions about Islam. Features may differ slightly between iOS and Telegram. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when we can.
Not religious authority
DeenDoor is an educational companion. It does not issue fatwas, does not replace a qualified scholar or imam, and does not guarantee that any answer is complete or applicable to your personal circumstances. Digital Quran and hadith text is a convenience copy; rely on a trusted mushaf and teachers for recitation and law. Prayer times are calculated from the location you provide and common astronomical methods — always verify locally if it matters for worship.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials (and Telegram login codes) to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, harass others, attempt to break security, or use the assistant for anything other than its intended Islamic and product-related purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows, scrape the catalog at a scale that harms others, attempt to jailbreak or poison the assistant, or use DeenDoor to produce unlawful content. The assistant is designed to refuse non-Islamic topics; do not try to override that.
Subscriptions
Quran, hadith, and prayer tools are available without a paid plan. The AI assistant includes a free weekly limit (one question per calendar week, UTC). Premium removes that limit for the subscription period (monthly). Price is shown at checkout in the App Store or on the payment page opened from Telegram. Apple subscriptions renew until you cancel in iOS Settings. After a subscription expires you keep the free product; only unlimited AI chat stops.
Intellectual property
The DeenDoor name, design, software, and this website are ours or our licensors’. The Quran is the speech of Allah; translations and tafsir remain the rights of their respective authors and publishers. You may not copy our software or branding. You may share individual verses in ordinary personal use.
Availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Audio, AI answers, and third-party networks (Telegram, Apple, maps/prayer calculation sources) can fail without it being a breach of these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeenDoor is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output, missed prayers due to notification or calculation issues, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these terms.
